grasped for violating t
raffic rules.
The t
raffic warden seized the dri
ver for illegally using police flashlight on his vehicle as use of laser and flash lights on general public vehicles are banned.
The city police announced the certifica
te and cash price after the video of t
raffic warden refusing bribe went viral.
Asif Raza, the t
raffic warden gripped a vehicle from Abbottabad with flashlight installed on it. The driver of the vehicle tried to bribe him Rs 300, which he refused to take.
“Even you give me Rs 300 million I will not accept it,” said the t
raffic warden.
The driver who was coming from Abbottabad was considered a guest in Peshawar and after a warning allowed to go.

appreciated the honesty of the t
raffic warden and announced certifica
te and cash prize of Rs 5,000 for him.
The CCPO further said that over 300 flash and laser lights were being confiscated by the t
raffic police in three days in the city.
